German help

Hi gang, i have a device on the end of a cable, i think it might be an ultrasonic head but it does have perhaps German writing on it. it's as follows;
Nicht autoklavieren
Nicht in losung einlegen
Gas-Sterilisation moglich
It looks like a ultrasonic head with what appears to be a fitting for gas on one end and the other looks like something screwed into it. thanks, brian f.
