Do the magnetic strips and corresponding sensor, output
quadrature pulses like conventional encoders do. If not,
what are you going to use for software (assuming you are
going to use a pc for the display). If you use the US Digital
stuff all of the pieces are allready there, software, interface
card (Kluga/Mauch) etc.
