Calculations for XL 037 pullies and cutters

The XL range of pullies all have a pitch of 0.200"
The included angle of the cutter is 50 degrees and the width of the
cutter at the tip is 0.052"
This can be ground up like a fly cutter and that's all the cutter
information you need.
The pitch circle diameter of the pulley is found by multipling the
number of teeth by the pitch and dividing the total by Pi.
Example shown for 30 Tooth pulley:-
[30 * 0.200] = 6 / 3.1412 = 1.910" dia
Outside diameter is found by subtracting a constant K from the PCD.
Same example again:-
1.910 - 0.020 = 1.890" dia
The constant K is 0.020 for the whole of the XL range.
Last piece of information needed is the depth of the cutter infeed.
Again this is constant throughout the XL range at 0.065" deep.
