This is the place! Search the archives. Just about any question
that you have from what size motors to pictures in the files section
of bridgeport conversions. There is no other place where you can get
as much information about what you can do, what you will need, and
how to do it.

Go to the Group FAQ page (it's on just about every message posted, as
Yahoo automatically adds it in)

Mom's" collection of related places to visit. While you are looking,
make sure that you are alert to bridgeport conversions and vertical
mill conversions, and even RongFu class mills.

Search the forum archive for references to Bridgett, within the last
year, that's Tim's Bridgeport CNC retro. He has shared a lot of his
hard learned lessons. He also did a Shoptask 3in1 first so can
probably give you a good comparison of the amount of serious milling
work that the two machines can do.

Check Ebay, there are usually a couple of Bridgeports for sale there,
and they usually have pictures of the beasts.
