Guys:

I think that you're beating a dead horse on this one. The quality of EMC
code and any liability are not the real issue. Nor is "give me everything
for free" (which most of us subscribe to - we pay money only because the
supplier won't give everything for free). He's already made his decision and
shared it with the group. Be it a good or bad decision, he'll be the one who
lives with it.
