No, the belts and pulleys stay the same unless you want to alter the
reduction ratio. The standard on the Shoptask is 2:1 which is fine. You may
have to bush the pulleys if the motors have smaller shafts. If the motors
have larger shafts than the NEMA 34 standard of 3/8" I would suggest buying
new pulleys as the Shoptask pulleys are hardened throughout and a real bear
to bore. There are lots of people that would suggest you ditch the Shoptask
pulleys and replace them anyway as the tooth profile is not a great fit on
the belts. While that is true, I have used both the stock pulleys and USA
replacements and both seem to work just fine.
