RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] Drilling with Vector

Hi, Dave:

|I've been playing with Vector 9.3 for the past two days (crash course) and
|I've been able to draw pretty well with it. Now I'm trying to drill a
|milling plate and have come up with a problem so basic I'm almost
|embarrassed to ask the question, but here goes:

A couple of things that I've learned:

1. Plot the center point of each hole that you want drilled
2. Select only the centers (not the holes themselves)
3. Generate your G-Code You'll note that Vector 9.3 will generate a bunch of
G-81 codes.
4. You'll then have to edit the G-Code file to specify the Z and R values,
also the FeedRate.
