Alex,

Your outside toolpath is most likely coming around and ending at the start
point....

Zoom in on the place where the spiral joins the outside path to check
Usually this can be fixed quickly by zooming in and doing a 'trim to
screen' and extending or shortening the end path.

If you have a small gap you might try the making your chain tolerance
smaller. (CAD preferences, I believe)
