When I used to use Bobcad I also had the same problems. I never found
a satisfactory work around but I did find that starting from
different points DID have a bearing on the result.
My 'best' file was a raised text "No Smoking" sign.
It went round the inside of the first 'o' only, nothing else, not
sure how many times but the code was over 30,000 lines long !!!

Is anyone interesed in seeing how Dolphin handles pockets and area
clear's ?
If so I can put some screen shots up tonight on my web site.
Or if Alex wants to send a dxf file of his part to my email which is:-
machines AT ntlwotld.com I'll run that through
