I use Dolphin commercially and use the fourth axis quite a lot.
In fact I get work from other commercial shops who have far better
equipment then I have but don't have 4th axis capability.
Dolphin does this with no problem.

This is a gearbox cam out of a six speed racing motorcycle.

At the moment it's setup drilling 540 1/8" dia holes in a spiral path
for a mixing head. A bit of a no brainer but it does it fine.
