Hi Chris,
Dolphin does 4th axis work as standard. If you have tried to use it,
but haven't had any success, it may be that the post processor you
are using isn't configured for 4th axis work.
If that's the case, I would suggest contacting Mike Milligan at
Dolphin, and I'm sure he can help you with this.
