You don't say what Gecko model you are using, but it is clear
you have resonance. Resilient dampers are the best way to fix it.
On the motor shaft, place a hub with a metal disc. Then, attach
two metal discs to the first one, clamping rubber sheets between
them. The resonance will work the metal disc with the hub against
the other discs, excercising the rubber between them. I'm not
sure what sort of material is best for the rubber, but you want
a fairly loose fit there, so the rubber slides between the discs.
The friction absorbs the energy of the resonance.
