Hi Jerry,

Actually, I was thinking that Drew might have written it from a previous
comment he made. I haven't looked at the code again to see or try it
out.

I have edited MSDOS.SYS, and have been booting my development system as
you describe. That's why I was surprised to see the effects on the
pulses. Yes, if I'm really seeing the 18.2 ms timer "tick", and other
programs are riding on it, that could explain it. Now to figure out a
way to "cut out" the other programs. I'm thinking I'll just take over
the time tick ISR. I've wanted to do that anyway, and speed it up a
little.

Nice boot menu. I've got one on another machine. But these
"freeloader" programs don't seem to be loaded by the CONFIG.SYS I see.

And on my LINUX/W98 "shop" system, I can't even FIND the MSDOS.SYS!
LILO seems to replace or take it over! I'd LOVE to find on on that
machine!

P.S. We might like to add a CW/CCW output mode selection for steppers.
I have a couple of cw/ccw drivers (EMI medical), so I could probably
test it. BUT where's the time?
