If finer control is required for arcs than the minimum default arc settings in the HPGL driver or the arc settings in the controller, use the Change-Break-Interpolate command in your VectorCam to substitute lines for the arcs. It will let you control the max size of the error between the true arc position and the chordal linear approximation. This is also a good way to get around any max arc radius limitations that may be part of some HPGL plotter drivers.
