You can easily do this now if you don't mind presenting the geometry
as lines. We have a Vector custom post that works with the Roland
benchtop mills. They use a "strange" 3D version of HPGL.

You can even configure Vector to automatically execute a control file
after you have generated the program text file. It will autosave the
code in a known file and can sequentially then execute a command
string. If Indexer can be started with a parametric callout with the
input file name as a parameter it can be done easily, internal to
Vector. If they have a DDE interface, it could be done with Tc/Tkl,
(free) or any other Windows programming language that supports DDE
servers.
