Hang in there we'll get you through this,

Go to your c:\program files\DeskEngrave directory, open the file
"Parameters.cfg" with wordpad and cut and paste the text to an email
I'll put those into my version and see what happens. also what are the
parameters for ALL of the items on the main page of desk engrave
orginX, orginY, alignment, height, width, angle, rad, linear/arc.
