Hi Rab...
I don't have the data book here but you can look them up on the
T.I website - www.ti.com - I think.. Some in the series are for
TTL input and others are for CMOS levels. Take a look at the
site and it should tell you which ones you need.. Yes, they are
inexpensive and they work well. I think I have five in my system
to drive valves and relays, etc..
