Andrew,
The extractor is nothing more than a bit of metal tube stuck in a handle
and an internal pin to push the connector pin out.
Depending on which size pin you have (.093 or .063") a bit of K&S brass
tube from the hobby or hardware store may do. This is slid over the pin
to compress the the two locking tabs allowing the pin to be pushed out
the rear. Now you can slide a small pin punch thru to push out the pin.
Usually tho, just pulling on the wire will extract it.
