I'm missing something here.

If you have a Vexta with a nameplate of 3A then that motor is 3 amp
in bipolar mode. if it is a 6 wire and you go from center tap to one
side use 3 amps. if you use both windings and isolate the center tap,
it would be slower but use only 1.5 amp.

I see your power requirements as 3.5 + 3.5 + 3 or 10 amps per
nameplate.

possibly half of that if all are 6 wire and you use series
connections on all of them.
