Yup, this is how I have been using it all along. It seems to be persistent
in the old, 20-Dec-1999 version, and such older, pre-BDI versions of
EMC. I don't have home switches in my machine, yet, but on occasion
I power down the servos and lock the machine before shutting down the
computer.
