I would probably be pretty easy to turn a bushing that fit snugly
since the ballscrews have flat threads. I did this one time when I
was trying to straighten a bent Ballscrew and I need to run the dial
indicator on something that wasn't a spiral! You could then slide
the bushing into a larger standard bearing.

The problem might be that the total diameter of the bushing, bearing
and mount might get out of hand. All you really want is to keep the
loose end of the ballscrew from moving too much in a perpendicular
plane to the ballscrew axis.
