Sounds like it. Sort of major overkill I guess, what is that 30
inches a second? Sort of gives a whole new meaning to rapid
traverse, better have some hefty ballscrews for that.

I took a quick look at the Gecko site and bookmarked it to go back
later, and I'll pick up my stash of power supplies tomorrow as some
of them could be useful, at least maybe the 5 volt and 12 volt
stuff. Not sure what else might be usable, maybe nothing. I do have
either a 24 or 48 volt supply but it sounds as if that may be useful
for testing only. (if it still works)

I've figured out how to get the machine home without hiring riggers
or renting expensive equipment at least. The PO has some long skids
he'll give me that I can mount it on and winch it up on my trailer
and I have some pipe for rollers. However, the mexicans got lost on
the way to close in my carport so transport is on hold. And it
snowed. Oh well
