Re: BDI install disk for EMC

This list was designed for the home shop machinist, to help him in learning
how to build and use in his shop, the subjects of the list. It is not aimed
at the commercial market, but the individuals are more than welcome.
There are several on the list that have items for sale, they are often
mentioned, but they have there own sites where the sales take place, after
they have spent there time and money developing there products for sale.
As for BDI, yes it is desirable, but if it is to be a business situation, it
should be developed at that persons expense, and then, put up for sale at
there site and not on this list. Mention it, comment on it, but conduct the
business off this list.
The entire concept and so far the history of this list has to freely share
information, and many are now running there systems thanks to freely given
information and help.
Thanks to all those who have helped in the past and those who will help in
the future.
This is our background and this should also be our future.
Yes, I hope someone does develop an easier way to get LINUX/EMC up and
running, so that I a non programmer can also enjoy and use it. If it is done
on this list it will be done in the spirit of helping to further our
knowledge, and to help our fellow man, and will continue to not be a
business.
If it is a business, take it off the list.
