Hi guys;
If you need shielding, you can get it from radio xmission type coaxial cable.
You might find some old stuff surplus, or a HAM operator that's got some old
stuff. You'll want the big stuff that's around 1/2" diameter.
1st, cut off a hunk a little longer than you'll need.
2nd, cut off the outer insulation.
3rd, clamp the center conductor of one end in a vise.
4th, solder the wire(s) you want to shield to the other end of the center
conductor.
5th, work the outer shield braide loose at the vise end, until you can pull
some of it back over itself.
6th. grab it with a pliers, and pull it down the length, and off of the coax,
and over the wire(s) you want to shield.
Your wire(s) are now shielded, and awaiting the taping up, or heat shrink
tubing for insulation. Short, sweet, and easy as skinning off a sock.
