Signwarehouse.com sells replacement knife holders (has the swivel
bearings and the depth adjuster nose piece) for 50 to 70 bucks.
Blades run 9 to 14 bucks each. You will have to come up with your
own spring loaded down force adjustment mechanism (floating head).
