If you have the dimensions of one, I would be willing to give a try making
one for you. I do gemstone faceting, and a knife can't be much more than
gemstone with very sharp edges. There is most likely a lot of chipping
during the manufacturing of the knife so it could be a labor intensive type
setup for the faceting machine. However, if the blade is less than say 6mm
in length, is should not be a big problem. If you can give me a drawing,
I'll give it a try for you. The cost will be time, the material goes for
around $0.12 a ct, and I cant imagine a blade being more than two or three
cts weight finished, which would translate to about 15 cts rough material
cost.
