Dyna 2400 CNC items for auction and my servo conversion

I have several items that I just put up for auction on ebay including
extra controller units, desktop interface units and a new 6" cnc rotory

I was inspired by one of my customers to whom I sold a servo system to
make the plunge and convert my dyna 2400 stepper system to servo motors
using Gecko G320's, 3 210 oz in servo motors and a 2/1 timing belt.
Speed with Mach2 is a modest 83 IPM :) using 250 CPR encoders.
Considering the travel is 6X5X4 and it has zero backlash once I removed
the existing spur gear drive, I'm impressed. I was thinking about
changing the encoders on the motors to 100 CPR for even higher speeds
but 83 IPM is really fast for that small of a machine. I have pictures
of the modifications for servo motors that I can upload if there is
