I don't know, I'll have to ask Fred about this tomorrow. I haven't scoped the
output in a long time, but it must not have mattered on the last machine I
built since it runs OK. I'll find out and get back to you tomorrow. A couple
of questions:

1. Are you running the 29-feb-2000 version?

2. Would it be useful if you could specify (in a .ini parameter) the normal
(resting) state of the step signals?
