Actually, it's a string of equations. First, you make line segments from
(X1,Y1) minus (X2,Y2), then, another line segment from (X3,Y3) minus
(X2,Y2). Then find the centerpoints of each line segment (as in (X1+X2)/2,
and (Y1+Y2)/2). Then convert segments into the slope intercept, or y = mx +
b form, then construct the perpendicular bisectors to each line (where the
'new' slopes are 1/m, in each case), and where the perpendiculars cross
(i.e. the equations of the line segments are equal in value) is the
centerpoint of the circle. Much more complex explaining it than actually
doing it. Even easier with a computer that's running some form of BASIC
language.
