Cutter comp is working very well G41/42/40
G43 Tool length offset (plus)
G49 Cancel tool length offset
are supported, but G44 is non standard and is not supported.
The work offsets and auto tool setting routines version should be
released this week. G10 is presently supported, but there are better
ways to work with tool and work offsets in a windows environment.
