I moderate a forum about micro RC model aircraft. fortunately that
uses non Yahoo software that allows some threads to be
made "sticky". I am a proactive moderator and I have made a number
of sticky threads for special purposes. The most important one is
the "useful thread" thread. This gives a short description and a
link to each thread containing really useful stuff.

The yahoo system doesn't allow such things and threads are not very
well self contained and easy to follow. I think a simple web page
could be set up highlighting these things but to me a much better
solution might be for there to be some form of website where the
clever guys amongst us can write useful articles about specific
subjects. They don't have to be fancy but to me if that were
possible it would be just super.

Anyway I can but dream
