Re: Question about AC power distribution in CNC controller box

Servos are 2A each. Assume 4 axis. I have no idea what the rating of
the transformers I have are. Waiting for response from the company
that sold them to me, they have no markings.

Spindle is 1/10hp on a TAIG machine, but would like to be able to go
up to 1hp.

The biggest question is if I put two power cords into the box, will
there be ground loop problems? Can I ties both them to 1 ground post
in side the box?
