You don't need to reconfigure the card, just change the line in the .ini file
to the appropriate value like this:

; section for main IO controller parameters
[EMCIO]

<other parameters are in here also...>

; address for parallel port used for auxiliary IO
PARPORT_IO_ADDRESS = 0xac00
