Define continuous. If you mean human held in a commercial operation like
a custom wood working shop I have known routers of that supposed quality
to go for years without a bearing change, brushes more often. But if you
are using it as the spindle in a machine (as you likely are :))then all
bets are off. Machines can run 24/7, and generate side forces a human
cannot. Using manual router motors in affordable CAM machines is common
practice I realize but they have to be run within their limits for a
reasonable lifespan.
