I can change out the bearings in my Bosch router in under 15 minutes
flat. I've probably burned out 5 or 6 lower and a couple of uppers.
I switched to metal shield as opposed to sealed . This keeps the
bearing cooler . I think it's just the nature of the beast. Mcmaster
Carr has a pretty good selection of high speed bearings.
