Vfontz and Vcarvz by IMserv do this... (Iknow Vfontz does, I *think*
Vcarvz does also)

And there's a program at shopbot (called typesetter, I think) which
does it but puts out a shopbot part (.sbp) file, which would need to
be "converted" to gcode. Surely one of the excel wizards could do
this with their eyes closed<G>

I foget the name of the math that is used to do this (can someone
remind me please?), but there are a few very interesting websites I
looked at a year or two ago, which might help someone to create
another program like these...
