EMC Question - VFD Question

Greetings,

Where might I find a downloadable version of Linux to use with EMC?

What Linux seems to be the best for EMC?

Where can I find the newest brain dead install for EMC?

Can you run EMC from a Linux boot disc instead of dedicating a drive
for it?

Can EMC be used to control a VFD?

If anybody offer any instruction on how to do any of these things
it sure would be appreciated.
