I don't know if you've looked at software for PCB design yet, but Eagle
is a great program (with a free version). I also have a library with
some "fat" parts, if you need them. These are parts I modified from the
originals with larger pads, so there will be more left after milling
the board :-) I also have some programs for Eagle that will output
traces to be milled, and also programs to mill away the excess copper,
and create drill programs. If any of that sounds useful, drop me a
line. BTW, I'm using TurboCNC and it works great.
