Long time since i posted but.....
Maybe the US is WAY ahead of the rest of the world but I just browsed thru
one of Swedens largest online retailers of computer components. I RANDOMLY
looked up 20 motherboards for both the AMD and the INTEL platform (both
socket 478 AND socket 940 for Intel). I didn't find a single board that
didn't have a parallel port.
I'm sure they will go away in the future but my guess it will take a little
while yet.
