I guess I don't understand the problem. Have you actually tried
this on your machine and measured a difference in part size?

I hand code and use CAM, I don't have any accuracy differences
between the two processes. I also make extensive use of canned
cycles on my machines.

The only difference I see is some methods of getting the machine to
accomplish the task are easier for me than others.

There can be differences in part size depending on how heavy a cut
is made in the finishing pass, but still that has nothing to do with
what method was used to generate the code, only how much was
specified for the finish cut.
