Strange. I've had 1/4" T3 cut on both plasma CNC and waterjet. The waterjet
was a bit nicer on the edges, but the plasma was very close to that clean
of an edge. I've tried cutting it with an Oxy/Ace torch which was like trying
to cut through a piece of swiss cheese with a soldering iron, and turned
out about at cheesy. I intend on finishing my XY strictly for plasma but
have not yet bought the torch as of yet $$$ = (. The plasma they were using
on the XY that cut my parts was a miller 240 1PH/40Amp. Forgot the
model name.
