Re: Where can I download BDI-TNG?

Thanks for all the good responses. I guess I did not explain what I
am trying to do, and my rationale for trying to use BDI-TNG.
I plan to run EMC on a regular PC (sitting under the table) hooked
upto my mill, but without a keyboard and monitor, since I do not have
the space for a monitor on my worktable.
Instead, I will be running a VNC server on the EMC/Linux machine, and
a VNC viewer on a 120MHz Win95 Laptop, which has a smaller footprint
than a monitor and keyboard.
Since I need VNC, I cannot run BDI-LIVE directly from CD, so I need
an installable version. Now, my understanding was that TNG stood
for "The Next Generation", which would suggest a newer version than
the regular BDI-EMC on the Sherline site. (By the way, after my last
post, I did find a site with the TNG images)

Since I am a little confused about the available versions, please
help me out.

Bearing in mind what I want to do as described above, what is my best
choice?
1. Download the LIVE CD, and use the install option, OR
2. Use the BDIEMC218 from the Sherline site, which is based on Redhat
6.2?

Thanks and regards.

Daya.
