Back on the subject of CAM and linux, I found that I can access the windows
directories from linux. So, a person should be able to write linux/tcl scripts
and pass them to the windows folders while simultaneously running a windows
program ie make up Vector plc script and feed it while drawing. So, if we get
probing a part set up in EMC, it will be easy to send the coordinates to the
CAD/CAM package. I'm excited about the possibilities now.
