I have just recently built a venturi system like this for a friend for doing
exactly the same thing.
Even though the venturi has an enormous evacuation rate, you still need a
vacuum reservoir, I our case we
simply use a old geyser (Water boiler) with a couple of ball valves and a
NRV. Unfortunately I do not know the pressures,
But it was enough to crush a 44Gal drum like a soda tin
