Here is a turnkey system.

I would ask a LOT of questions about the compatibility
with your motors and what you are trying to acheive.
Personally, I would scrap the stepper motors for servos
as they are higher performing and there is no chance of
a "lost step". The Gecko servo controllers make using
servos just as easy as using steppers. All you need is
a break out board to interface the geckos to your computers
parallel port, and some Mach2 software, and you are off and
running. Oh I forgot a power supply also.
