Bill,
CAPSturn/mill does not output anything except a G Code text file. It writes
G Code tailored to the machine control that you choose. If you use EMC as
the control, you would probably choose Allen Bradley as the control in
CAPSturn/mill and it would write a G Code text file that EMC would
understand.
To make things work, you need the following starting at the mill, Steppers,
Driver Cards, Power Supply, Control (EMC, AHHA, CNCPRO etc.), CAD/CAM.
