Well, the Fanuc codes are quite close to the standards that AB also
builds to. If they don't do exotic stuff, then most likely one of the
Fanuc settings would work. If they use subroutines, computed
surfaces, fiddle with system parameters, etc. then you would have
a problem. High priced commercial post processors do this sort
of stuff, but most low-cost programs try to use only the most
general G-code features.

Stuff that EMC doesn't support (yet) are constant surface speed,
spindle positioning, and some other exotic features. I think most
of the above mentioned items are going to be added fairly soon.
