Hi Rick;
Is this Rick of Rick-O-Matic fame?
I'm still in the process of figuring out if I can make it to NAMES, so
the CNC workshop is in the same boat. Frankly I don't yet have a
machine to CNC so that is also an issue.
As to NAMES have the powers to be there reconsidered the negativity that
was at last years NAMES with respect to CNC? Myself being out of the
loop didn't really know what was up, was it a lack of space or just a
clash of personalities? Apparently NAMES is finding a larger venue
for the show, I hope that is to support a more diverse crowd.
I only ask because a show like NAMES is ideal for introducing CNC to the
hobbiest market. Things like EMC, seen in action, are very
enlightening. Frankly the Rick-O-Matic left an impression in my mind
also.
thanks
Dave
