Firrst of all, as you will se, I do not write english very well, but...
About vibration,
many people from the group said, "The trouble may bee from different
sources"
I agree
But, if you want to increase the weight of the alu extrusion, you could
use
lead or stell pellets or even steel dust mixted with polyester resin
(Fiberglass resin)
Result: Weight without distorsion...
