The servo motor may be running away because the encoder may be out of phase
with the motor power. Try swapping the power leads to the motor. If when you
power up the motor is motionless you will have fixed the problem. If it
continueds to run then it sounds like the encoders aren't set up correctly
or your encoders require a different voltage or current than what you servo
amps are providing
